Operational Responsibility: Users are the sole "Pilot-in-Command" of any connected hardware. Agrivionics AI is not liable for property damage, personal injury, or mechanical failure of any connected agricultural equipment.
Recommendation Accuracy: AI-generated advice (pesticide levels, planting dates) is an estimate. Agrivionics AI is not liable for crop loss or environmental fines. Final decisions must be verified by the user.
