AgriVionics AI is currently operating as an independent, early-stage technology startup and is not yet a legally registered corporate entity. All hardware, software, platform access, and associated services are provided under this pre-incorporation status until further notice.
Any references to "AgriVionics," "AgriVionics AI," "we," or "the Company" within these terms refer collectively to the project and its founding team. Upon official corporate registration and incorporation, these terms will be updated to reflect the formalized legal entity, at which point all agreements and liabilities will transfer to that entity.

Any data regarding crop health, potential yield, or resource optimization does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of future commodity pricing or revenue. Users retain sole responsibility for the financial and commercial outcomes of their agricultural operations.
While AgriVionics utilizes advanced Edge AI and machine learning models to analyze field data and trigger autonomous actions, artificial intelligence is probabilistic by nature. We do not warrant that the Agri-LLM or computer vision models will be 100% accurate, error-free, or capable of detecting all pathogens, deficiencies, or anomalies.
Environmental factors, hardware obstruction, and extreme weather may impact sensor accuracy. The system is designed to augment and execute agricultural management, but it is the User's responsibility to periodically verify field conditions.
THE AGRIVIONICS HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE ECOSYSTEM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgriVionics expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AgriVionics strictly makes no guarantees regarding crop yield, disease eradication, uninterrupted hardware uptime, or protection against crop failure.
In no event shall AgriVionics, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of crops, soil degradation, or data loss arising from the use or inability to use the autonomous swarm robotics or AI inference platform. In no event shall AgriVionics' total liability exceed the total fees paid by the User for the specific hardware or software licensing in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Agrivionics AI platform, including its unique algorithms, the "AgriVionics" and "Agri-Sentry Hub" brand names, and our specific agricultural business models, are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
